Senior Litigation Associate

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on litigator who has personally handled complex commercial disputes and regularly appears in court. What We’re Looking For 5 years of commercial litigation experience (non-insurance defense preferred) Direct responsibility for key litigation tasks, including: • Taking fact witness depositions (including use of exhibits) • Taking and/or defending expert witness depositions • Drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment • Drafting and arguing discovery motions , including motions to compel • Handling TROs and temporary injunction hearings (witness testimony; TRE/FRE familiarity) Preferred Experience (Not Required) Argued cases on appeal (state or federal) First-chair jury trial experience Second-chair jury or bench trial experience Types of Matters • Commercial contract disputes • Real estate and property disputes • Fraud and fraudulent inducement • Breach of fiduciary duty • Non-compete and confidentiality disputes • Trade secrets and unfair competition • Tortious interferenceaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
