The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, preparation, compliance, and client advisory services.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning, preparation, filing, research
• Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
• Advise clients on tax-related matters
• Support mergers & acquisitions
• Handle select international tax responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• CPA or EA required
• 8+ years of Tax Manager experience
• Strong tax return review experience
• M&A experience
• Knowledge of international tax regulations
• Strong client communication and advisory skills
