Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Assist with vital signs and maintain accurate records

• Assist with medication administration and vital signs as directed by RN/LPN

• Participate in resident care meetings and contribute to the development of resident care plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and license in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
