Benefits Specialist, Madison, WI
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with our client's Department of Employee Trust Funds in the Madison, WI, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their team! In this role, you will be working in the Benefits Initiation area. This is a great team and organization with opportunities for growth!

Hours: 8-5
Pay: $22 - $26 based on experience

Responsibilities Include;

Monitor and update health insurance benefits
Assist individuals with their benefits and provide them with the needed information
Provide timely communication
Ensure a great experience with each member you speak with

Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Experience using complex software systems
Previous experience within the insurance industry is a plus
