About the Position

Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Rapid Response. The role requires experience in a high-risk obstetrical unit, labor, and delivery. Candidates should be comfortable with high acuity patients and be able to provide care for stable and unstable conditions. Scheduling requirements include working three 12-hour night shifts each week. The unit typically runs staffing ratios of 2:1 for cervical ripening and 1:1 for active labor. Documentation will be completed using Meditech and CPN. Candidates must adhere to established dress code standards, including clean and healthy grooming. Floating to the antepartum unit may be required as needed. Overall, this position demands a dedicated nursing professional with strong skills in critical patient care in obstetrics.
