Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing and sales enablement initiatives. This role will focus on creating high-quality sales support content, managing marketing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused marketing materials that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement content, including sales collateral, presentations, product materials, and other marketing assets.
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce branded, customer-focused marketing materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, leadership, legal, and compliance, to ensure marketing content meets business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to recommend improvements.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, or related fields.
- Experience developing sales enablement content and marketing collateral.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other marketing or project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
- Experience with data-driven marketing and campaign performance analysis.
- MBA or other advanced education is a plus.
Work Arrangement
- 100% onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
- 5-month W-2 contract.
- Pay: $38–$40/hour.
