Marketing Specialist

Our marketing team is growing with the business, and we are looking for a hungry Marketing Specialist to help us scale. We are a lean, mean marketing team, and we use AI religiously. Not as a gimmick, as the reason a team this small can produce this much. You will learn how a high-performing marketing org actually uses AI day to day, and you will get sharp at it fast. That skill will compound for the rest of your career. This is a hands‑on role that touches every part of marketing. You will own social media, communications, creative production, events, and the day‑to‑day operations that keep marketing moving, and you will execute our content marketing program alongside the team. You are also the support engine for the entire marketing team and the wider organization. When Sales needs collateral, when leadership needs an event pulled off, when a campaign needs to get out the door, you are in it. That means you will get your hands dirty across everything: digital and traditional, social and short‑form video, email and SMS, print and direct mail, tradeshows and live events, webinars, partnerships, and brand. Very few marketers get this much range this early in their career. You will also be close to our growth work. Ad creative, influencers, UGC, and new acquisition channels all need someone who can actually produce, and that is you. If you have an idea worth testing, we will test it. If you want to work across every channel instead of being boxed into one, this is that job. This is a place to learn and grow fast. You will work directly with our VP of Marketing and CRO, have real ownership from day one, and see your work make impact immediately. The ceiling here is high, and we would rather promote you than hire above you. What You Will Own Social media. Lead the strategy and run it day to day across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. We want A+ socials, and this is yours to build. Our blog. You own it. Editorial calendar, writing, SEO briefs, publishing, and keeping it consistent. This is a visible, measurable channel that is yours to grow. Content marketing execution. Write and produce against our content strategy. Newsletters, thought leadership, and the Kwikly voice across every channel. Creative and asset production. Produce the flyers, graphics, video scripts, and social assets, in close collaboration with our creative director on direction and brand. Growth marketing support. Help our growth initiatives move faster. Ad creative, influencer and ambassador partnerships, UGC content, landing pages, and creative new acquisition channels we have not tried yet. If you have an idea worth testing, we will test it. Reviews, testimonials, and social proof. Source and produce the stories from dental professionals and offices that make our marketing credible. Communications. Email, SMS, and newsletters. Everything we send to dental offices and dental professionals. Direct mail and print. Mailer campaigns end to end, plus print production and fulfillment for flyers, signage, and event materials. Tradeshows and events. End to end, from planning and logistics through on‑site execution and follow‑up. Expect roughly 10 to 15 events a year, some involving weekends and booth setup. Travel coordination. Book and manage travel for the team and our partners. Flights, hotels, ground transport, registrations, and shipping, so everyone shows up where they need to be. Internal and company events. Our all‑company events and the moments that make Kwikly a great place to work. Webinars. Run our webinar program from topic and promotion through the live event and follow‑up. Partner co‑marketing. Execute joint campaigns with partners like TeamSmile, HR for Health, Spear, and our DSO partners. Day‑to‑day marketing operations. The marketing calendar, incoming requests from Sales and Operations, project management, and vendor coordination. Growth initiatives. Collaborate with our Senior Growth Marketing Manager and leadership on campaigns, partnerships, and new channels. What We Are Looking For 1‑3 years in marketing, or a standout internship and portfolio if you are earlier than that. Hands‑on digital marketing experience. Social, email, web, and content are the core of this role. Genuine interest in traditional marketing too. Print, direct mail, tradeshows, and live events are a real part of how we grow. Work you can show us. Writing you personally did, and social accounts you personally ran. Real fluency in short‑form video and organic social across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. Some experience with email, SMS, or marketing communications. Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Canva, and CapCut, or the ability to pick them up fast. You already use AI in your work and want to get much better at it. Exposure to influencer, creator, or UGC marketing is a plus. Experience with tradeshows or live events is a plus. Dental industry background is a big plus. Able to work from our Minneapolis office three days a week and travel to roughly 10 to 15 events a year. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and fit.
