Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing and sales enablement initiatives. This role will focus on creating high-quality sales support content, managing marketing projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑focused marketing materials that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales enablement content, including sales collateral, presentations, product materials, and other marketing assets. Support the execution of multi‑channel marketing programs and campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce branded, customer‑focused marketing materials. Partner with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product, leadership, legal, and compliance, to ensure marketing content meets business objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to recommend improvements. Coordinate marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, or related fields. Experience developing sales enablement content and marketing collateral. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other marketing or project management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare. Experience with data‑driven marketing and campaign performance analysis. MBA or other advanced education is a plus. Work Arrangement 100% onsite in Minneapolis, MN. 5-month W-2 contract.
