Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective educational and behavioral interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for special education eligibility
• Deliver individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Offer crisis response and intervention as necessary

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Experience working within elementary and/or middle school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to equitable, student-centered practices
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently across multiple buildings
