Server Assistant

Our restaurant team is growing and we're hiring a Server Assistant. The Server Assistant plays a key support role in the seamless execution of service, maintaining the flow and rhythm of the dining room. In this role, you will be responsible for building and resetting tables, marking flatware and glassware, running and clearing courses, maintaining water and beverage service, and ensuring the Lead Servers are consistently supported. This position requires speed, precision, and a proactive mindset to uphold Michelin-level dining and Forbes 5-star service standards.
This position is based at our JUSTIN Estate: 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The work schedule is Thursday - Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or closing). This position requires weekend availability and the ability to work late nights.
The Server Assistant must possess a strong sense of urgency, organization, and situational awareness, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; they should know proper table settings, course progression, and stemware, communicate clearly with the service team, and maintain a discreet, polished presence in the dining room.
Pay Rate: $19.50 - $22.00 /hour plus tips per shift. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
