IMMEDIATELY HIRING - Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Setting - Pottstown

We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA ) to work with our geriatric and/or pediatric clients, one-on-one , in a professional and compassionate manner at their home in the surrounding areas of Pottstown, PA.

The available shifts are up to 40-hours available! Full-time or Part-time hours available! Weekday and Weekend availability!

Additional clients available in the surrounding areas (Phoenixville, King of Prussia, Norristown, Wayne, Royersford, Red Hill, Collegeville, etc.)!

Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
• Form of transportation to client's residence
• Valid PA Driver's License preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass State and Federal background checks
• Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test
• Minimum Education required High School diploma or GED
