North America HR Director - Manufacturing & Union Relations

Vibrantz Technologies in Ashtabula, OH, is seeking an experienced HR Director, North America, to lead HR strategies for 400+ union and non-union employees across the region. You will travel between sites in the US and Canada and partner with total rewards, talent management, and payroll teams to drive people initiatives.
