Job Details We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR, experience working within a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work closely with employees and leadership across the organization. This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping develop and implement HR initiatives as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters Support training and development initiatives across the organization Ensure HR practices align with the needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment Take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to improve the overall employee experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with both hourly production employees and management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience with demonstrated leadership potential is highly encouraged to apply Interested in hearing more?
