Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and motivated Event Account Representative to support customer relationships, promotional events, product presentations, and sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing products and services, developing customer relationships, and contributing to successful event-based business activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and products at promotional events.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Assist with customer follow-ups after promotional events.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and opportunities.
• Support event-based sales and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and product presentations.
• Communicate customer feedback and needs to team members.
• Support individual and team performance goals during events.
• Collaborate with event and sales teams to ensure a professional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, events, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
