Youth Care Worker - Therapeutic & Mentoring
The House of the Good Shepherd
The House of The Good Shepherd in Utica, NY is seeking a full-time Child Care Worker to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for children in care. You will act as a role model, participate in activity programs, and maintain a nurturing home-like setting while following Sanctuary Model guidelines.
Qualifications include a minimum high school diploma and experience with youth, preferably with juvenile justice involved youth. A NY driver’s license is valuable, and a sign-on bonus may be offered.
