Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, and commercial painting. Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of assigned projects, including supervising day/evening maintenance crew to ensure completion of all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance and cleaning projects. Assist with management duties such as scheduling, monitoring, and checking timecards. Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects. Monitor and implement effective safety procedures. Report any known accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, or violations of company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services. Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and related items. Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance condition. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance. Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Graduate. Some college a plus. Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Thorough knowledge of all areas of maintenance. Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical, and cleaning maintenance. Desire a minimum of six months of experience in the service industry (maintenance industry preferred); not required. Special consideration given to candidates with a diverse maintenance background. Experience driving light construction equipment preferred. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills, proven customer service skills, and willingness to lead by example. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. License: Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record. Physical Demands May be required to stand for 8‑hour shifts while managing employees. Must be willing to work in different indoor and outdoor conditions. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
