About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Technology and AI Infrastructure to spearhead the development and execution of a robust technology strategy that aligns with the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the internal and external technology infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and cost-effective. This role is pivotal in the organization's transition to an AI and product-first model, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and improving jobseeker outcomes. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap, integrating AI into all aspects of the organization, and leading IT operations to support strong service delivery. The VP of Technology will also be tasked with overseeing systems, data, and platform leadership, as well as project delivery, and will be expected to have a strong background in technology leadership, AI, data governance, and CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce. Candidates for the VP of Technology and AI Infrastructure role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' technology leadership experience, with a proven track record in IT operations, systems leadership, and product/engineering delivery. The role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader with a deep understanding of AI and its application in a business context. Strong program and project delivery discipline, as well as experience in data governance and enterprise systems, are essential.
