Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent insurance agency. If you are a motivated insurance professional with a passion for building relationships and providing consultative support, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, including contractors, homeowners associations (HOAs), and small to middle-market commercial risks.
- Conduct policy reviews and address client coverage questions.
- Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals.
- Remarket accounts when necessary to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers on underwriting, billing, and policy servicing matters.
- Assist with quoting and issuing policies for new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records within the agency management system.
- Provide proactive and responsive customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage accounts and client relationships.
