Outdoor Laborer

Job Title
Job Description
Work indoors and outdoors year-round dismantling and recycling electrical equipment. Use oxy-fuel torches and industrial tools to dismantle transformers. Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other material-handling equipment. Safely move heavy materials throughout the facility. Follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pay & Benefits
$23.00–$25.00 per hour to start, depending on experience. 40 hours of PTO after 90 days. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance starting as low as $15/week. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Hours: 6:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Required Experience
2+ years of outdoor construction, demolition, or similar physically demanding work. 1+ year of oxy-fuel torch cutting experience. 2+ years operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, cranes, or excavators. 5+ years of forklift operating experience.
Preferred Experience
Scrap yard or metal recycling experience. Experience identifying and sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
