Philanthropy Revenue Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview The Philanthropy Revenue Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will work as part of the Philanthropy Revenue Management & Operations Team within Philanthropy Effectiveness in Global Development. The role focuses on reviewing and committing constituent revenue transactions entered into BB CRM and supporting the identification of bottlenecks, redundancies, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness, and providing recommendations for process and procedure improvement. Responsibilities Review and approve details of all revenue transactions entered into the Nature Conservancy’s constituent database of record to ensure accuracy and compliance. Commit approved transactions to both constituent and finance databases of record. Manage batch commit and exception processes, assist with technical/system support, and coordinate timely and accurate support for corrections. Coordinate with Finance partners to resolve coding and donor intent issues, identify exception trends, and recommend process improvements. Field retraining and skill remediation as needed. Serve as lead liaison with stakeholders (development, audit, legal) and collaborate with Finance, Development, Audit, Legal, and Business Units to ensure compliance with donor stewardship and FASB/GAAP standards. Keep up-to-date on organizational developments and best practices to improve services. Enforce, implement, and adapt processes and recommended procedures to improve effectiveness in consultation with business process owners. Work during hours aligned with one of the United States time zones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination. Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data. Experience working across departments. Experience with current technology in not‑for‑profit revenue management. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of not‑for‑profit revenue management. Salary This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions. For U.S. based applicants only, the starting pay range is $68,100 – $100,500 for annual base salary and is based on location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. For all other applicants, pay ranges will be in local currency and not tied to the above pay range. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment and used to determine your actual pay range.
