Quality Assurance Specialist - Senior

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria. Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews. Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs. Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans. Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field. Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred. Experience: 7–10 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs. Clearance: Public Trust.
