Job Description
The Safety Administrator provides administrative, documentation, and data entry support to the Safety Department to ensure accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and efficient communication across all company projects. This position maintains safety records, processes documentation, enters data into multiple software platforms, coordinates safety-related administrative tasks, and supports management and field personnel with daily operational needs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry and document management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a full-time position based in an office environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
