We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals for Production Manufacturing Associate roles in and around Providence, Rhode Island. • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
