This hybrid 1-year contract role will own category strategy, supplier relationships, stakeholder partnerships, and process improvement initiatives across procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading sourcing efforts, managing suppliers, and driving measurable business impact in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute category sourcing strategies to support business objectives
- Lead supplier management activities including performance monitoring and relationship management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support end-to-end procurement activities
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to procurement transformation efforts
- Manage contract compliance and supplier performance tracking
- Collaborate across teams to provide strategic guidance and support decision-making
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- 5-7+ years of procurement, supply chain, or category management experience
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience
- Experience executing sourcing initiatives at a country, regional, or global level
- Experience with supplier management and sourcing strategy execution
- Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Procurement system experience
- International sourcing experience
- Previous big tech industry experience
- MBA preferred but not required
- CPSM, CIPS, or CPM certifications are a plus
