This individual will serve as a primary point-of-contact for first-year associates and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing law firm where you can make a meaningful impact on attorney recruitment strategy and contribute to the development of emerging legal talent./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliSupport the legal recruitment team with new-hire onboarding, interviews and campus recruitment/liliLead and coordinate law school recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives/liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with law schools and career services offices/liliServe as the primary point-of-contact for all first-year associate attorneys/liliCoordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes/liliSupport summer associate programs and related recruitment events/liliTrack recruiting metrics and maintain organized recruitment records/liliManage multiple recruiting projects while ensuring timely execution/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliMinimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the legal space/liliPrior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred/liliExperience with campus recruiting and law school recruitment required/liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliSelf-starter with a proactive, go-getter attitude/liliHigh level of professionalism and discretion/li/ul/div
