The Lakewood Courtyard is looking for compassionate and dependable Med Techs to join our assisted living team! Responsibilities: Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations. Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents. Follow individualized care plans and help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Work collaboratively under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or supervisor. Build meaningful relationships with residents while creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Communicate with residents, families, and team members to ensure exceptional care. Qualifications: Current and valid CMA certification. Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Understanding and respect for the aging process. Shift: Full-time, Part time or Per Diem 3:00pm-11:00pm $25 - $25 an hour Why Join The Lakewood Courtyard?
