Location: Plymouth, NH
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; some flexibility with hours
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
- Issue and track employee/visitor badges and keys
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors as needed
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
- Assist with filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and other general office tasks as needed
- Maintain organized records related to badges, keys, and office access
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle routine administrative responsibilities
- Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, NH
