Work in Beeline and WFM to review requests, support timekeeping, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Respond to calls and emails from employees, vendors, and internal teams. Research issues, track open items, and follow through to resolution. Keep records accurate and communicate updates to the team. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Experience in a coordinator, administrative, or similar support role. Experience with Beeline and WFM preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adjust priorities and assist wherever needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Procurement Coordinator.
