Scheduling & Billing Specialist for Medicaid Claims

Magnolia Gardens PCH, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to handle daily scheduling and billing of CLS staff, read staff notes, and ensure timely processing of Medicaid claims. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role requires meticulous data entry and confidentiality with sensitive information. The Scheduler will input schedules, monitor verification systems, generate billing for approved notes, and follow up on claims within the billing cycle.
