About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in consultative sales, business development, financial services, commercial banking, real estate, franchising, or entrepreneurial environments.
As a Business Broker / M&A Advisor, you’ll guide small and mid-sized business owners through the process of selling, buying, or acquiring a company. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor while managing negotiations, deal flow, buyer relationships, and transaction processes from start to finish.

Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity , designed for professionals seeking more independence:

• You could earn $100,000 to $150,000 a year
• Flexibility and autonomy

What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners and buyers
• Advise clients through business sale and acquisition processes
• Market businesses for sale confidentially and professionally
• Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring
• Coordinate due diligence activities
• Manage multiple active clients, deals, and prospects simultaneously
• Network within the local business community to build referral partnerships
