Client Acquisition Specialist - Field Marketing Representative

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer our Lead Generation Specialist performance-based pay , giving you the ability to control your income while building real-world sales and communication skills. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our full-time or part-time Lead Generation Specialist, you'll connect with your team before heading into your assigned service area, where you'll engage homeowners face-to-face, confidently introduce our services, and identify potential opportunities. You'll spark conversations, build trust, and set qualified inspection appointments while accurately capturing each interaction in our CRM.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Presentable and professional when interacting with homeowners Basic technology skills and ability to use CRM systems Experience with door-to-door sales or lead generation is a plus!
