Financial Analyst

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the powersports and marine recreation industry to identify a Senior Analyst, FP&A . This highly visible role will support a major product portfolio, driving forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for assigned product lines.

• Develop revenue, cost of sales, and profitability forecasts to support business planning.

• Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying key business drivers, opportunities, and risks.

• Partner with product and commercial leaders to evaluate pricing, product mix, promotions, and profitability initiatives.

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations that provide actionable business insights.

• Support month-end close, forecast updates, and annual planning processes through detailed financial analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

• Experience supporting a product line, business unit, category, or P&L preferred.

• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, cost of sales analysis, gross margin, and profitability drivers.

• Advanced Excel skills with experience building complex financial models.

• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights for non-finance stakeholders.
