Elwood Onsite Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)

Assist with coordinating daily operational activities to support shift objectives.

Provide direction and guidance to associates regarding workload priorities and process expectations.

Monitor workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with leadership to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and shift communications.

Support adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Help facilitate training and onboarding activities for new team members.

Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Communicate shift performance updates and escalate concerns when appropriate.

Elwood Onsite Coordinator Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or operations setting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work scheduled first shift hours and overtime as business needs require.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
