Description – What You Will Contribute

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced diagnostic tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that laboratory instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document procedures, train new personnel or students, and contribute to the lab's quality assurance efforts.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree. ASCP/AMT certification preparation is a plus.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain relevant certification throughout your tenure.
