$19/hour | Overnight assignments | Part-time opportunities Prefer working overnight? Open Arms Solutions is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Homer Glen, Lemont, and nearby communities. If you have caregiving experience and are comfortable working overnight shifts, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping clients feel safe and supported at home. What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care and nighttime routines
- Help with toileting, repositioning, and mobility as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer overnight safety supervision and companionship
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Complete light household tasks related to client care
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Overnight shifts
- 8-hour and 12-hour opportunities
- Weekday and weekend assignments may be available
- Ongoing cases based on client needs and caregiver availability
- $19/hour, paid biweekly
- Paid training
- PTO and health benefits (eligibility requirements apply)
- Employee referral bonus program
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, CNA/HHA, DSP, or a similar setting
- Comfortable providing personal care and working independently
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation, as applicable to the assignment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete required background screenings
