Speech‑Language Pathologist – Full Time Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehab – Fresno, CA Job Overview Join our in‑house therapy team in Fresno as a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist. This role supports a post‑acute care facility providing long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric outpatient services. Work Schedule and Compensation Flexible schedule with work‑life balance. Pay: $65 – $70 per hour, based on experience. Duties Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards. Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Speech‑Language Pathologist license is required. The position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
