The Product Specialist will interface with the sales and engineering teams to ensure we deliver the right message to customers. The Product Specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales to develop technical product collateral such as brochures, explanation of benefits, videos and more. Information will be gathered in conjunction with engineering to ensure technical info is correct and presented in an appropriate manner. The Product Specialist will be key in fielding technical questions in the sales process, and reporting issues to the engineering team post-sale.

What You Will Contribute:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to discuss product benefits, problems, or concerns
• Assist in creating and distributing product collateral
• Assist in identifying potential customers for products
• Follow up with current customers during new product launches
• Listen to customer complaints and relay pertinent information to engineering and product development team
• Work with different departments within the company to ensure information is correct and tasks are completed

Qualifications & Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Understanding of Microsoft Office
