We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Products Liability Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a critical role in handling complex products liability cases and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in products liability litigation matters, including drafting and filing complaints, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements

• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of complex products liability cases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, experts, and clients, to achieve case goals

• Stay up-to-date on developments in products liability law and industry trends

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation

• Strong knowledge of products liability law and procedures

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, and manufacturing

• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and litigation software

• Experience with trial and appellate litigation
