Senior Contract Manager

Support all phases of projects, including ITO and OTR Negotiate contracts and manage commercial issues Manage customer and supplier relationships Handle claims, disputes, and insurance matters Develop specialized expertise and serve as a best-practice and quality resource Contribute to strategy and policy development Ensure delivery within the area of responsibility Communicate complex or sensitive information and build consensus Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements Use data analysis and technical expertise to support recommendations Make decisions and solve moderately complex functional problems Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within a relevant Commercial or Legal function Working hours around the EST time zone Contract reading and writing experience Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently 6+ years of claims management experience Construction claims negotiation experience Developer or EPC experience, preferably in the Power Industry Customer-focused responsiveness Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in contract negotiation, claims management, and customer relationship management within the commercial and legal sectors.
