Master Technician

Description of the role Jeff Belzer Auto Group - New Prague is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our family. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, providing labor and time estimates for additional repairs, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This is a full‑time position based in New Prague, Minnesota. Benefits Competitive starting compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (before incentives) Potential Sign‑on bonus, up to $5000 40‑hour week and no weekends Years‑of‑service bonus Retention and referral bonus Employee discount vehicle purchase plans Employee discounts on parts, services, and accessories Paid vacations and holidays Health, vision, dental insurance, disability, and life insurance Endless number of vehicles in need of work Unlimited advancement potential Plenty of growth opportunities Management team dedicated to your success Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specification Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Perform maintenance and light repairs Fluid changes Work as a team player and maintain a high level of customer service Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair (preferred) Experience in Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Dodge vehicles is a plus, but not required Diesel engine experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with a "Team Player" mentality High energy and self‑motivated individual with the drive to succeed Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask while still completing day‑to‑day responsibilities Proven work ethic with an emphasis on integrity and transparency Driver's license (required) ASE Certification (preferred) About Us Jeff Belzer’s has been family owned and operated for over 40 years.
