We're looking for a sharp, reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep critical production equipment running at full capacity — this is a mission-critical position with real impact. What You'll Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic systems Work with PLCs, motors, electrical circuits, and industrial-sized boiler/steam systems Mentor junior technicians and contribute to expansion and cost-saving projects Operate forklifts and scissor lifts; work comfortably at heights and outdoors Requirements Associate's degree from a technical college OR 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Proven ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFD's, motors, and hydraulic systems Reliable transportation and flexibility for a consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule Benefits Paid Time Off and Holidays.
