Student Assistant

Working with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions on the USF St. Petersburg campus to provide support to the Systems and Recruitment teams. Applicants are asked to please submit complete application including resume and cover letter. Monitoring the Office of Admissions Lobby; Prompting visitors to sign in via front desk Kiosk and facilitating the collection, scanning and storage of Admissions documents and resources. Explain and aid students and parents in the various parts of the application process and steps to become an enrolled student. Aid staffing of the Office of Admissions front desk operations; Greet a variety of incoming guests, families and prospective or current students in a clear and concise manner. Provide an excellent level of customer service while maintaining a professional interaction. Assist the Domestic recruitment teams. Interact with Admission recruiter/advisors and their respective student prospect/applicants. Perform other duties and special projects assigned by office staff Candidate must demonstrate general office skills and be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
