Quality Assurance Analyst (onsite)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Development team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality software that our clients depend on every day. What You’ll Do As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure our software products are reliable, intuitive, and ready for release. Key Responsibilities: Review software requirements, technical specifications, and design documentation to develop effective testing strategies. Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution. Validate bug fixes and verify successful implementation prior to software releases. Collaborate with Development and Product teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Support business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution. Utilize browser developer tools, APIs, databases, and system logs to investigate software issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies, functional reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate testing results and project status clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Recommend process improvements that enhance software quality and team efficiency. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and QA best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Preferred Experience: Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Payroll, HCM, HRIS, CRM, or business software applications Agile/Scrum software development environments Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps SQL Server and SQL query writing REST API testing using Postman or Swagger Browser Developer Tools IIS, Windows Server, and Web APIs Test automation tools and frameworks Git or Azure DevOps repositories Test data creation and management Reviewing application, web server, and system logs for troubleshooting Responsive web application testing What Makes You Successful The ideal candidate: Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality results.
