Position: Guest Experience Specialist Reports To: Front Office Manager What You'll Do: Be the friendly face of our hotel, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. Efficiently manage room assignments and key distribution. Stay informed about hotel events, ensuring smooth guest experiences. Handle check-ins and check-outs seamlessly, creating memorable first and last impressions. Process payments and prepare accurate guest invoices. Keep the front desk organized, clean, and safe. Manage guest communications, including mail and messages, with discretion. Coordinate transportation arrangements like a pro. Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.
