Our industrial automation solutions include sensor technologies and intrinsically safe explosion protection. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer care within an assigned territory while identifying and developing qualified sales opportunities for the Field Sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract daily with customers via phone and emailTake ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer supportManage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebillsMonitor open order reports and proactively resolve delays in the order-to-cash processPartner closely with Technical Support, Area Sales Managers, and Account Managers as part of the sales cockpit teamAttend customer calls and key account meetings focused on improving performance metricsResearch and resolve customer discrepanciesUpsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunitiesRecord new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM)Participate in weekly shop floor meetings, product training, and sales improvement sessionsMaintain accurate records and professional communicationCross-train team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environmentPerform additional responsibilities and special projects as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experienceStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProfessional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleaguesAre you excited about this opportunity?
