Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and texting interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or service requests. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and stay informed on plumbing services knowledge. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and standard office tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
