Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategy

Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Serve as a key advisor on all people-related matters at the leadership level
Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop HR managers to elevate performance and productivity
Oversee leadership development and training programs across the organization
Build and inspire a high-performing HR team

Talent & Employee Engagement

Develop innovative strategies to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and engagement
Cultivate a strong workplace culture aligned with the agency's mission and values
Champion initiatives that support employee wellbeing and long-term growth

HR Operations & Compliance

Streamline HR processes to drive operational efficiency across the department
Ensure full compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations
Enhance HR systems to deliver data-driven insights and solutions

Qualifications

Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in homecare or healthcare
Proven track record managing and inspiring diverse teams
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and legal compliance
Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
