You'll own day-to-day CBA administration, report directly to our CEO, and have real input into how HR gets built across our NJ and NC facilities.

→ Running HR inside a unionized manufacturing shop today — grievances, benefits, recruiting, mostly on your own

→ 5+ years in that kind of role, including at least 3 in a union manufacturing environment

→ Tired of finding out about a decision after it's already become a grievance

→ Just as comfortable on the shop floor as in a negotiation prep meeting
