Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar classroom support role
- Ability to work one-on-one or with small groups of students under teacher supervision
- Understanding of positive behavior support strategies and classroom management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the classroom
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with instructional activities, individualized support, and general supervision
- Implement accommodations and modifications as outlined in student plans
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for all learners
- Support students’ participation in lessons, maintaining engagement and focus
- Prepare materials and help organize classroom activities
- Provide feedback on student progress and discuss observations with teaching staff
- Encourage positive social interactions and model appropriate behavior
