Section 337 Litigation Associate

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. Position Summary We have an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with (preferably) three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Candidates may work in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link. The associate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit and will have the opportunity to represent clients in Section 337 ITC cases. Responsibilities The candidate should have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases and be familiar with ITC‑specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Responsibilities include preparing briefs, conducting research, and advising clients on legal strategies. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Compensation Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
